Stress is the number 1 contributor to chronic health conditions. It is all around us and whilst we cannot escape it, we need it to help keep us safe and to prepare for those life or death moments.

How can we break these patterns

Managing stress
There will be some interactive exercises during the workshop as well as lots of suggestions on what you can do to help your stress levels from today.
